Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth and professional experience for every client, all policies listed below will be strictly enforced. Please take a moment to review before booking. ⸻ LATE POLICY & CANCELLATIONS • If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance to avoid additional fees. • Same-day cancellations will result in a 25% fee and will require a new deposit to rebook. • Multiple same-day cancellations may lead to blocked access to future bookings. • Clients arriving 11–15 minutes late will be charged a $15 late fee. • Arrivals over 15 minutes late will be considered a same-day cancellation and must be rescheduled. 🚫 Absolutely no same-day appointments unless otherwise stated. 🚫 No-call/no-shows will result in blocked booking access. ⸻ DEPOSITS, REFUNDS & PAYMENTS • A $15 non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments. This will be applied toward your final service total. • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. • Accepted payment methods: Exact cash or Zelle only. 🚫 No CashApp payments accepted. ⸻ WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT • Please arrive with a clean face, free of makeup and glue residue for at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. • You have 48 hours after your appointment to report any issues for a complimentary touch-up. After that period, a “Mini Fill” must be booked. • You will receive a text and email confirmation once your appointment is booked. Please refer to this confirmation for any questions or updates. • Ensure that your contact information is accurate.
